You can try.
You will fail.
it would be more fun if there were more cards on the market and let the market dictated the prices.
A. There aren't enough cards on the market already?
B. The market, in a sense, does dictate their prices. There's no reason Jonathan Villar should sell for higher than the average silver ... UNLESS he's more or less the sole gateway to the Orioles collection and thus a Gold card. The gold you get for the O's collection is priced into the Villar.
Never trust a man with a flat-brimmed hat.
You probably can't. Until this bug is patched, expect your progress to get manually re-set by Team SDS.
If your nameplate doesn't have a ring, I ain't hearing that.
Not all heroes wear capes.
"underrated", you say?
With the new Inning Program coming out tomorrow, the current one will still be active.
This is incorrect. Only one active at a time.
Doesn't matter how many times and how many ways you ask it.
I haven't gotten into conquest yet outside of the first inning conquest map.
I think we have our next Moment: Beat Koogs and get a WS reward.
Any chance either of them was streaming at the time? Would answer a lot of questions.
You didn't get your Free Trout last year?
* 2nd on Abbot and Dravecky.
* Rusty Greer, Michael Young, Rueben Sierra
* Ben McDonald, Ryan Theriot, Todd Walker
* Eddie Gaedel
Pedro will be in when Pedro wants to be in. No earlier or later.
You definitely can go under 400. I quit so many games that I was like 12 games over .500 but ranked 340.
You can go under 400, but after you're under you don't lose any more points.
2 is an idea that has long been proposed.
3 they're sort of doing now with new maps seemingly every week.
4 I've never heard before but sounds intriguing.
Dan Straily and Josh Lucas (who already have FA cards) are the only roster adds since the last update so you should be able to wait till the next update without having any more rookies added (although I'd be interested to see what they do with Matt Wotherspoon who got a cup of coffee and got sent right back down.)
Get used to it. It can take up to 3 weeks for debuts to see their prices normalize.
You realize you just described Barry Bonds, right?
There's very few current players who I'd consider shoo-ins (Pujols, Cabrera, Verlander, Kershaw). Even folks like Scherzer and Trout would need more work before they can automatically write their ticket to Cooperstown. (Trout doesn't even technically qualify b/c he hasn't played 10 years yet.)
It's not a knock on Votto. 5 more years of his current production and yeah. But not until then.
1) Josh Hamilton won the other MVP that year and he's not getting into the Hall.
2) Larry Walker won Gold Glove and MVP in the same season (and is Canadian!), with better stats than Votto. And he's not in yet.
3) Irrelevant to HOF discussion.
4) Irrelevant to HOF discussion.
5) This guy also known as clutch and he's nowhere near the Hall either: http://usatftw.files.wordpress.com/2014/01/gty-453639879.jpg
I was using him up until I got Baez. Then I but Baez at 3rd, moved Carpenter back to 1st, and sent Keith to the showers.
Career WAR and Black Ink scores are too low and none of his comps are in.
Talk to me again in 5 years.
If you're not going to buy stubs, then flipping is your only realistic hope for collecting all LS cards.
I've done it 3 straight years now. And while it's not easy (especially this year), it can be done.
Inside Edge and/or playing out of position. Shield in-game is based on the fielding stat ONLY (per the last stream), not the overall fielding shield on their card. If that changes because of Inside Edge or because you're playing the player at a secondary position, the shield will change as well.
